Senate Eskridge is a Magic Valley native, born and raised in Twin Falls. He and his wife Cari are currently raising 5 children in the valley. They are small business owners and Senate is also a business coach and an active Real Estate Investor.  Being from Twin Falls, Senate has worked with several industries in the area. His vast experience made him a perfect fit for the Business Development role at SimplicIT. One of Senate’s many passions is to solve problems for people. He truly enjoys looking at issues in a new way and utilizing his connections to identify solutions for others. He is active in the community and involved in the Twin Falls Chamber Ambassadors, Snake River Business Network and Twin Falls Masonic Lodge. Senate loves to golf in his spare time, so if you’re a golf fanatic like him, give him a call and head to the course together.

“There are those that look at things the way they are, and ask why? I dream of things that never were, and ask why not?”

― George Bernard Shaw

Pedro grew up in the Twin Falls area. From his early teens, he spent his days tinkering and tuning computers to play his favorite video games. His hobby turned into a career in 2005 when he was hired on at Dell Computers. In the trenches, he would troubleshoot and repair up to 25 computers a day. He absorbed a wealth of knowledge over his five years at Dell. Pedro joined the TruLeap team in 2010 and assisted with the start-up of SimplicIT in 2015. He is passionate about technology and is always looking to grow with the ever-changing world of technology. In his tenure, Pedro has certified in CompTIA A+, MCP, MCSA Server 2016, and Cisco’s CCNA. In his spare time, he enjoys training in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu where he holds the rank of Brown Belt. He has a goal of obtaining a Black Belt by 2021, which is a feat that less than 1% of practitioners attain. He currently lives in Twin Falls with his wife Josi and four dogs. During football season, he’s a 49ers faithful and enjoys playing Fantasy Football. His favorite TV shows include Game of Thrones, Breaking Bad, and Billions.

Eli grew up near Twin Falls in Buhl and currently lives in Buhl with his wife and four kids. His interest in computers began in High School where he took computer repair classes and then continued in college with courses in networking and computer repair. Eli started working at TruLeap Technologies in 2009 as Help Desk support and eventually became a Wireless Technician. In 2018, he transitioned to Operations Technician for SimplicIT. He has taken Cisco training as well as Microsoft server training. Outside of work he enjoys playing on the river (boating & rafting) and playing video games when he has the time.

Sam was born and raised in the Magic Valley. He grew up in the Hollister area and attended school in Filer and went to college at CSI. He has spent his adult life working with the public and started with TruLeap, formerly Filer Mutual, in 2011. Sam enjoys working with clients and identifying their needs. He is there to guide them through the evolution of technology process. He and his wife have and continue to raise their 7 children within the Magic Valley and call Filer home. They are both actively involved with the community from volunteering with Filer Senior Haven, Heritage Academy School Board, Southern Idaho REDS Committee and more. Sam is also a Councilman for the City of Filer. They both love what the Magic Valley and Idaho have to offer and love spending time in the outdoors.

Dylan was born in Burley but grew up in Las Vegas, at 12 he moved back to Idaho. Shortly after moving, he began working on computers after gaining an interest in PC gaming and funded that hobby by building computers to sell. While in high school, he started working at TruLeap Technologies (then Filer Mutual) answering tech support calls and fixing customer computers. He now works on the SimplicIT side of the business setting up and maintaining HPBX phone systems and computers.

Outside of work he enjoys being in the mountains hiking when the weather is nice, otherwise building projects around the house or working on various electronics.

With over 20 years in the telecommunications industry, Bob Kraut is currently the General Manager of TruLeap Technologies and SimplicIT Technical Solutions located in Filer, Idaho. He is responsible for the day-to-day operations, as TruLeap serves customers in and around the Filer and Twin Falls areas as well Jackpot in Northern Nevada. Bob began his career in Telecommunications as Accounting Manager in Montrose, IL and progressively advanced to his current GM role with TruLeap and SimplicIT. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Accounting in 1992 and his CPA Certification in 2000. His background in telecommunications includes Controller and CFO positions and a stint as the Regulatory Accounting Manager at Hawaiian Telcom in Honolulu, HI. His passion is creating a team environment at work, to allow each member of the team to leverage his/her skillset; and to capture opportunities and achieve growth to create an organization that will stand the test of time. Bob enjoys golfing and finding time to make smoked Tri-Tip and smoked tenderloin on the weekends.  He is also always willing to share his most recent batch of “Cowboy Candy” with anyone brave enough to try it.
